About You

We are looking for someone with the right attitude and drive, preferably with previous successful sales experience. You enjoy change, are motivated by development, and want to be at the forefront. You are curious, solution-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

Sales at Riddermark Bil

Car sales with us are modern, transparent, and customer-focused. In the Recharge concept, you will work exclusively with electric cars and plug-in hybrids, guiding customers through a process that often involves new choices, new technology, and many questions. Your role will be to create security, understand the customer's needs, and offer the right solution.

As a salesperson at Riddermark Bil, you will work with the entire car sales process - from the first customer contact and test drive to delivery and aftercare. With Sweden's largest selection of used cars, your ability to quickly build relationships, conduct a relevant needs analysis, and explain complex technology in a simple way will be crucial.

You will work in a team of 5–8 people together with a group leader who guides the team towards clear common goals, where performance, collaboration, and development are in focus.
